Some of our spare parts orders have been significantly delayed in their arrival to the customer. This is due to the Post Office and not anything we can control.

I have also spoken to the Post Office about how little information is visible to the customer on their 'Track & Trace' website page.

They have informed us that the tracking history is only visible after the parcel has been delivered to the customer and signed for so that is why you won't be able see where it was after it entered the postal system at our local branch in Coleraine.

As a result we won't be able to sort out refunds for orders or replacement parts orders immediately. Please email accounts@tooltechltd.com and you will be advised on the proceedure going forward.

We have upgraded our postal service on all website orders.

From the beginning of February 2024 all website orders will be sent recorded delivery.  When the order has been processed, an automatic email will be sent with the tracking number.

These tracking numbers won't be available until 1 day after issue.  This is due to a short period of time as the parcel progresses through the Royal Mail delivery system.

There are times when spare parts orders may be delayed, eg longer anticiapted ETA for parts that we either do not stock centrally or we have ran out of stock locally.  In these circumstances we will either ring and/or email the customer.

If there is a delay, please check your email for our update.  Remember to monitor your SPAM folder in case the email has automatically gone into this folder.

Unfortunately these situations are out of our control but we strive to resolve them as soon as we can.
