Tooltech Industrial Equipment Ltd are delighted to announce, from Monday, 9th September 2024 we are adopting a 4-day working week for all of its staff whilst at the same time maintaining our current opening hours Monday to Friday.
We feel that implementing this new working structure will give everyone employed at Tooltech a better work-life balance whilst at the same time increase productivity across all of our departments.
This new structure means that our workshop will increase their repair hours to an additional 10 hours per week. This will have the benefit of reducing our overall workshop repair times.
For our customer’s there will be no changes; our workshop and admin departments will be open as normal Monday to Friday with the exception of Christmas, New Year and some public holidays. These will be published on our Facebook page and website as usual.
