Answer: We use DHL, Royal Mail (signed for) and Parcel Force

Answer: Yes, you can do this. Please contact sales@tooltechltd.com to arrange for a phone payment and time/date to collect. Please note: if you are located outside of Northern Ireland then pick up won't be feasible.
Q4. When do you ship?
Answer: We ship Monday to Friday and aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. On the whole, we find that most orders are delivered much quicker than this.
Q5. How much does delivery cost?
Answer: £4.95 per order (Recorded Delivery) for the UK. £6.95 per order (Tracked Delivery) for Republic of Ireland.
Q6. Does Tooltech ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, only through the contacting accounts@tooltechltd.com. In order to arrange this please contact accounts@tooltechltd.com with details of the part(s) required and a cost for shipping will be generated. Payments can be forwarded through BACS payment or card payment over the telephone.

Yes, there are two. A 13mm version, commonly used in the first generation style tools. A 9/16” version which is used in the newer second generation tools.
The motor has been overloaded and will require immediate replacement.
Your machine is covered for the first 12 months with the original purchase invoice. Upon registration (to be completed at the point of sale) you will receive an additional 2 years warranty on the tool and 1 year warranty on the battery.
Yes, in order to avail of the extended warranty period. If you do not register then you will only receive the standard 12 month warranty period.
No, the tool must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
We will register all tools purchased at Tooltech on your behalf to ensure that you will receive the extended warranty.
