The workshop's computer system has been expanded to increase efficiency with respect to repair times. Each of Tooltech's workshop repair agents have their own computer system to allow them to process the warranty repair claim in a more efficient manner. This will help us to reduce our repair times and ensure that the customer gets their warranty repaired machine back faster.
