Some of our spare parts orders have been significantly delayed in their arrival to the customer. This is due to the Post Office and not anything we can control.
I have also spoken to the Post Office about how little information is visible to the customer on their 'Track & Trace' website page.
They have informed us that the tracking history is only visible after the parcel has been delivered to the customer and signed for so that is why you won't be able see where it was after it entered the postal system at our local branch in Coleraine.
As a result we won't be able to sort out refunds for orders or replacement parts orders immediately. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be advised on the proceedure going forward.
