For all Varo products (StarTools, Ferrex, PowerPlus) sold in Aldi and Lidl stores throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland that require a warranty repair, please note our procedure for processing the repair:

Email the request in writing to along with a photograph of proof of purchase and sticker on machine (showing serial number and name of manufacturer).

An acknowledgement email will be sent with a request for further information.

Once verified the machine will be collected and brought back to the workshop for repair.
