Clamp the drill in a vice using a rag so as not to damage the covers. Fully open the chuck and remove T40 screw on the left hand thread. Tighten chuck jaws onto the allen key and remove chuck anti clockwise. Open the jaws of the chuck and remove allen key. Insert the new chuck and reverse the above procedure using loktite on chuck screw.
